Shipping Policy

"Free shipping" - Delivery within 3-5 business days.  In some areas or busy periodes it may take up to 7 days.​​

Christmas Shipping

We cannot guaranty that your package will come on time for Christmas if it is ordered after:

6th December for orders outside Europe

8th December for orders to Europe

14th December for order to Denmark and Sweden

16th December for orders to Northern Norway

18th December for orders to Southern Norway

Return

You can return your order within 14 days and get your money refunded. You do not get a refund for the original shipping cost and you need to cover the return shipping cost. If you selected "free shipping" we will deduct a 73kr shipping fee on every refund. The returned items shall be unused and not damaged. The refund will take place within 7 days after we have received the returned items. The return address is:
